Have called multiple times to Tauranga service desk, promised a call back 3 times, never called back, I had to chase them up every time. Staff admitted they didn't follow up twice. No one knows where our $6,500 product is. How can a logistics company not know where packages are?"
"Made a purchase in Tauranga 8 days ago. The seller sent me the track and trace number 6 days ago. Today the tracking shows it is still sitting in the Tauranga branch, hasn't even left Tauranga yet! Tried calling but never any answer, it just leaves you on hold the whole time. Shocking service."
