"Today was spoken to very rudely by older postal lady basically accusing me of not paying for my postal bag..if she wasn't sitting on the stool chatting she would have seen me walk straight into the shop and straight to the counter..the pharmacy person did..I'm sure if I didn't walk in with it already packaged she would have seen me taking a bag from the wall then sit down to address it then pop in product then take it to the counter that would have taken a couple of minutes..shop wasn't even busy in fact only me and one other customer..not nice being accused of not paying for something..so rude..she needs to learn to have better customer service..she's been there for awhile she should know better. Horrible lady."
