Te Rapa Primary School

Welcome to Te Rapa Primary School, located in the beautiful city of Hamilton, New Zealand. Situated on Ashurst Avenue, our institution is a point of interest and a primary school that offers a nurturing and engaging environment for our students to thrive.

Our school operates on a term basis, with Term 1 running from Tuesday 7th February to Thursday 6th April, Term 2 from Monday 24th April to Friday 30th June, Term 3 from Monday 17th July to Friday 22nd September, and Term 4 from Monday 9th October to Wednesday 20th December. Our lunch break is from 12:40pm to 1:30pm, providing students with a chance to recharge and socialize.

In addition to regular school days, we also observe several public holidays and special occasions. These include Anniversary Day on Monday 30th January 2023, Waitangi Day on Monday 7th February 2023, Good Friday on Friday 7th April 2023, Easter Monday and Tuesday on Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th April 2023, Anzac Day on Tuesday 25th April 2023, King's Birthday on Monday 5th June 2023, Matariki Day on Friday 14th July 2023, and Labour Day on Monday 23rd October 2023.
