"Took my bike in today, they didn't even let me finish off what I wanted done, (which was brakes and gear service) we won't touch this bike because its from the warehouse, how pathetic! because its not a brand from your shop, where the old fashion service a bike a bike no matter what brand. You fixed and balanced my bike wheel, is that because you didn't know what bike it came off. As I was driving out one of your sales men asked if I could take it to frankton Evo cycles, doesn't make sense to me, why can't you do it there . No I won't be taking it there even through the young ones there are friendly and I've taken my bike to Frankton Evo before,no problem. I now live in Chartwell so your shop was the closest, hence why I went there. Oh and you 3 older men can take that smike of your faces, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE."
