Welcome to Rototuna Early Education Waikato, a leading childcare institution located in Hamilton, New Zealand. Our purpose-built centre, situated on Strathmore Drive, offers a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 3 months to school age.

At Rototuna Early Education Waikato, we are committed to providing high-quality childcare and early education. Our team of qualified and passionate teachers are dedicated to ensuring that every child who walks through our doors feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

One of the key features of our centre is our large outdoor spaces, where children can explore, play, and connect with nature. We believe in the importance of outdoor play and its role in promoting physical development, creativity, and a love for the environment.

In addition, we offer a transition to school programme that prepares children for the next stage of their educational journey. Our teachers provide learning extensions in numeracy, literacy, science, technology, and the arts, ensuring that children develop the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in school.

Rototuna Early Education Waikato is proud to be licensed for 50 children, allowing us to provide individualized attention and care to each child. We understand that every child is unique, and our staff work closely with families to create a personalized learning plan that meets their child's needs and interests.

Our daily schedule is designed to provide a balance of structured activities and child-led learning. From mat time, where children engage in storytelling, songs, and movement, to creative arts, puzzles, and outdoor play, our programmes are designed to foster curiosity, imagination, and social skills.

For our youngest learners, we have a dedicated Pēpi Room, where infants have a key teacher who follows their unique routine, ensuring they feel secure and loved.

Rototuna Early Education Waikato operates Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5.30pm, and we offer 20 ECE hours each week. Please note that a daily charge applies.
