If you are a New Zealand citizen or resident and under 22, your visit to Family Planning is free. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their financial circumstances.

In addition to our clinical services, we also provide specialized education in sexual and reproductive health to primary health professionals. As a registered private training establishment and recognized provider of clinical training, we strive to enhance knowledge and skills in this field.

Our health promoters deliver courses and workshops, both in person and online, covering various aspects of sexual and reproductive health and relationships. We have a vast range of free resources available for order or download, ensuring that accurate information is easily accessible.

If you work with rangatahi as a teacher, school nurse, or community worker, or if you are a parent or caregiver seeking support in discussing relationships, consent, puberty, and sexuality with tamariki, we are here to assist you. Our resources are designed to provide guidance and support in these important conversations.

From 1 July 2023, you can collect your Early Medical Abortion (EMA) prescription for free. Additionally, the EMA medicine can be delivered to your home at no cost through our courier service.
