"The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, lm not usually emotional but this experience left me in tears. Approx 6:30pm I went in to purchase a box of something for the weekend. I have been a regular customer for 5 years and have encountered this person on many occasions. She was extremely rude, humiliated me by suggesting I couldn’t afford to buy it and that I was was wasting her time. Another customer came into the store and she continued her abuse. I left and went to the liquor store in Welcome Bay where I had a very different experience and was able to purchase what I was looking for. I would not feel comfortable going to Bottlezone Ohauiti, even though I will be passing it to shop elsewhere from now on."
