"Spent a whole week dealing with Paige, getting an item repacked by the sender three times. After finally getting it packed to the required standard, I received an email from Jacob Eyre to say that they would not carry the item after all. Wasted a week of my time, 5 phone calls to Mainfrieght, 4 to the vendor, and 6 emails. Poor service, and had the nerve to say to me not to be rude when I said I'd write a google review. Sort your business out, train your staff properly (a smiley face isn't a way to end an email by the way), waste of my time and effort Jacob Eyre. How would you not get a bad review after that kind of service!??"
"No communication skill at all. Call but did not leave a message, did not call again, complaint to original sender that I did not answer their call. Dropped of the parcel without ringing the door bell to check anyone's home. Just left the paperwork on the floor."
"They pick up when they want, sometimes not at all, despite services being booked in well in advance. Nothing will be communicated. They probably don’t know what communication is and why it’s a valuable thing to do. Their lack of service and communication has knock-on effects for people who are paying them money, but they do not care. Typical example of a sloppy, couldn’t care less, ‘she’ll be right eh bro’ nz company and it’s utterly pathetic."
"For such a large organisation their lack of communication is shocking. Definitely something they need to work on. Pick up a phone or respond to an email and let your customers know what's going on. Had one of their drivers deliver a consignment when advised that nobody would be available to accept it. Even had their driver forge my signature on a proof of delivery and advise on another delivery that it wasn't required. Would love to know what would happen in that scenario if freight was missing or damaged. Would not recommend using them if you have an alternative."
