"Worst experience I have ever had rude, hurt me, instead of soaking my acrylics off she used a nail to pull them off when I asked if she could soak them she got very defensive finally she decided to but was yelling at me saying how long it was going to take, ended up walking out half way through. Nails left sore and raw from being so rough"
