"Really wish I had read the reviews before I went in here. Was just passing by and wanted a quick gel manicure. Very painful service and I'm bleeding on a few nails. Staff were nice but the pain doesn't seem normal."

"Professionail is hands down the worst nail salon with terrible customer service. They show zero respect by forcefully handling clients' hands and arms, leaving them in pain. Their incompetence is evident as they make clients' fingers bleed due to their inability to do their job properly. Furthermore, they prioritize other customers who arrive later, leaving paying clients waiting indefinitely. It's outrageous that they multitask to the degree they do, with multiple workers tending to one client while neglecting others. They even disappear mid-service to attend to pedicures, then return to handle clients' nails without proper hygiene. It's utterly disgusting that this place is still operational."
"Nails fell off within a day and they refused to fix it. Acrylics were poorly moulded and had glue all around my fingers. Colour was thin and stylist wasn’t even paying attention. Horrible experience not worth the money"
