"Went in for basic oil and oil Filter change. Noted that every other person in the waiting room was told they needed a air filter change .- some offered more items to be sorted. Then. came and told me my air filter also needed changing - I said no ( I have a basic engine maintenance background) but they still put it into the final bill and removed only after I bought it to their attention. Quick service and friendly staff. Comfortable waiting room. Three. Stars for the unnecessary up selling ."
"Went to bring a car in for a oil change at tauranga and one of the guys took a part off the car and did not put it back on the car and lost it. so found that out when I got home . Opened the hood and found a missing part so went and drove back to show the company the problem and the staff member he lied on behalf of the company saying they never touched the car at all and the staff member was unfriendly towards us. Got angry at us and never apologized.And they say they are fast and friendly. Trust is broken don't recommend taking a car there for a oil change until the staff attitude changes this has happened before so when and showed a mechanic and he was shocked about the missing part .other customers beware if you go if I could give no stars I would"
"Honest and reliable with great customer service. Much Cheaper than going to a dealer or mechanic and done in under 20min. They only replace what is needed and only after consultation with the owner of the vehicle. The staff have great customer focus and are totally trustworthy."
"These guys and girls are great. Oil change as well as the auto transmission oil all done within 35 minutes. Pointed out I needed a new air filter too. All up $280. May not be the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. Loved the "No appointment needed.""
