"We were looking for a nice spot to have brunch and this place didnt disappoint,food was lovely, however,this regular lady ( Niki )was super rude... We were sitting in the middle of table for 2s and niki walks in and she sat right next to me without even acknowledging us making us move to the table next to it! "we were looking for a cafe with some vegan / dairy free alternatives and came across The Med! i followed a review saying the vegan pancakes were good, and I’m so glad I did. those pancakes were the BEST i’ve had in awhile! the staff was super friendly and on top of helping us out. plus the coffee was great. i highly recommend!"

"One of the best cafes in Tauranga! I’ve been wanting to visit for weeks and finally got the chance today. Immediately the staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered! Service was very quick and staff were all lovely. The food was beyond expectation and came out quickly despite how busy it was. Portion sizes were plentiful and the quality of food and beverages was top tier. If you ever get a chance you need to go here! Prices are fair and worth what you pay for. Very happy customer will be back again soon… recommend the Whittaker hot choc was delicious :)"
