"Online booking system was not working correctly as I booked for a Thursday @ 3pm as we were flying out of the country for a wedding but my booking got changed to Friday 3pm without confirming with me first. I was told to click on the 'view details' button as the time that originally came through was 8pm. I clicked 'view details' to make sure time of appointment was correct but did not think the day would have been changed without any notification. Tried to explain to the staff member and sent snap shots of what I originally booked, but the staff member was rude and took no responsibility for the fault in the system. Just kept telling me 'I told you to click view details' I was the last family member that gave this business the benefit of the doubt as three of my family members have also stopped using Flamingo, due to the service. I do love there work but I will not support a business that does not value and treat there customers right."
