"Was repeatedly told by the pharmacy, that my Gp had prescribed a higher dose, when in actual fact, they simply didn't have the medicine at the dose she'd prescribed in stock. Not only were they dishonest, they had me chasing up my doctor to change the script, instead of simply telling me they didn't have correct dose in stock. I finally found out the gp hadn't been in error , but they had simply lied. Extremely poor customer service and unethical in my opinion. And the only reason I'm leaving this review, is after speaking with the manager, I was again told, it was simply a mix up. 3 times being told they couldn't give me correct dose, because of my Gps prescription, isn't a mix up. If they'd simply owned up and apologized, but no.."

"I went to the Chemist Warehouse in Blenheim Square, Christchurch today to buy some perfumes. I was served by a great staff member the guy helped me find a scent I was looking for with some good perfume small talk. I bought a Burberry perfume and a Barbie perfume as a gift. his service was immaculate he should be working at a more high end place for sure!!! When I got into my car, I noticed that the box of the Barbie perfume was damaged. I went back to the store within 20 minutes to exchange it for a new one. The manager was called over and said that she couldn't return it because it didn't have a seal. I explained that I had bought it like that and that she should give me a sealed one instead. The manager was rude and unprofessional. She insisted that I had taken the seal off and brought it back to get exchanged... i mean whats the sense in that? its the same product id be getting lolz i just wanted a non damaged box since it was a gift.. I told her to check the cameras because she insisted that i took the seal of, and soo she did ironically making my standards feel so lowered. she took her time and i have placed to be. I eventually gave up and kept the damaged perfume. I'm disappointed with the way I was treated by the manager. The other staff members were friendly and helpful, but the manager made them look bad. I will not be shopping at this Chemist Warehouse again they need to practice customer service skills better especially managers. staff seem like they hate working there most of the time lolz wouldn't complain managers seem pretty off themselves. this place is a staple for many Christchurch people and you would hope to feel valued and you do sometimes but most times its not fun going in. felt soo disrespected today. look at the box it was just a small crack, easy replacement for their lack of noticing it then blaming it on customers."

"Went into request promethazine for sleep aid for myself. Was advised by the pharmacist(black spikey haired and bearded male) it's illegal. He blatantly lied as this is not true. Require pharmacist consult prior to purchasing but sedation is a proper indication for promethazine on nzf and I have received it previously from a different pharmacy before. While cheaper on script, you do not require script to get this medicine. I am appalled that such incompetent person serves as a pharmacist and does not know his facts properly. Doesn't deserve your time or money."

"staff have no sense, manners, experiences Nd knowledge. .making face like monster .all not one staff and Gurd keep looking like some thief entered in shop bushtit staff and shop please check no special just put special sticker on same prices."

"Really cheap prices for perfume, extensive options with things you're looking at buying. Staffs do greet but some of them just doesn't seem interested with helping out. Oftentimes we're left with just trying to figure things out because staffs kind of not acknowledge you. Area is also busy and while onsite parking is available, it's pretty much limited so be mindful of the time you're visiting. Definitely not rush hour."
