"Unfriendly staffs. Being in the store 5 times and never once any staffs greet or offering help. It seen like they are avoiding customers."
"Clean well organised store. There was no customer service and I wasn't even greeted by any of the staff standing around chatting. Unfortunately the prices were high and the quality of some of the stock very poor! For example, young girls dresses unravelled and threads hanging off. Apparently there is an upstairs part to the store, I didn't see any indication of this and was completely unaware until I talked about the store with another person. Definitely wouldn't go there again!"

"We went on a sale there were good clothes for the sale price however the workers are snobby and rude and they do not have enough staff. Staff should get some lessons on customer service or how to interact with humans in general if you choose to work in customer service you should have manners and not be so snobby and rude."
"Had to do a shop here, due to Singapore airline not sending our suitcases to Auckland with us☹️ women love the place, but I was surprised by the men's section, just picked enough for a few days because we had nothing. Staff and prices were great."
