That was sorted but another issue arise which was detected after I pick up the car. I called and you did not hesitate and willing to flag the labour after discussing this with your team. A new part was put in for the ball joint. "Yeah as others have said ever since this place changed hands it has absolutely plummeted in quality. I majorly regret getting them to do the work I requested (and paid top dollar for), trusting they would hold the high standards of the previous owner. Absolutely not. Long story short 2 months later I am still trying to track down issues with my car that weren’t there before repairs. Hopefully my experience will get others to look elsewhere."
