"Good food and convenient location for long trips. However the staff are the highlight. Over several visits, staff have been polite, cheerful and helpful. Their quality of service and friendliness definitely makes for a pleasant experience."

"Been to this location twice as it's on the way in and out of Auckland. Bathrooms are clean and unlike other locations, they're not out of half the menu. There is a ton of seating and all ordering inside is done by kiosk. There is a drive thru. If you're from the US, your mobile app will NOT work here, nor will you be able to make an account without an NZ email address to get deals or use the WiFi longer than 30 minutes per day, regardless of location. I wish the sundaes were half the size for half the price. They're enough for 2 people to share and cost $5.40 for the chocolate dipped one. All the desserts are on the expensive side for NZ prices. Visited February 2023"
