"One off the worst experience ever, I ordered a coffee and a muffin and noticed the muffin had a hair on it I showed this to the front staff asked for a replacement.The staff didn’t look happy, however they told they would replace it but in the end I was provided the same muffin with the hair removed and it was heated like a hot cake. Poor customer service and will never be going back there."
"For a big chain, you would think everything would be on par with other Coffee Cultures. This is not so with this one. Staff were friendly enough, and the service was just ok, as was the coffee/tea. Really disappointed with the cleanness of this place. I understand that when it is busy, it is hard to stay on top of things. When you have multiple staff working, there should be a system to ensure that someone is at least cleaning tables and clearing them. When we arrived, it was a mess. Also, some parts of the café had not seen a broom or mop for some time. Do not serve customers chipped cups or tea pots. It is unsafe and unhygienic. Unless the standard of cleanness improves, I will not be returning there."
"We had brunch here. It was very busy when we visited this place obviously because it was lunch time. We ordered a couple of things which had ‘Avocado’ in it, they said that they didn’t have Avocado or they had run out of it. Not their fault though. We ordered something else. The food was good, will try again to taste some other food options."
