If you have items you would like to donate, we are incredibly grateful for any donations in good, sellable condition. Please ensure that your pre-loved items are not broken, damaged, stained, or torn. You can drop off your donations at your local store during opening hours, or if you have furniture to donate, our trucks can collect it for free in Auckland or Christchurch.

We also offer volunteering opportunities for those who want to make a difference. From sorting donated goods and pricing them to merchandising displays and selling at the till, there are various day-to-day operations where you can lend a helping hand. We also need reliable volunteer drivers to assist with the pick-up and drop-off of furniture or larger items. If you have spare time each week and are over the age of 15, we would love to hear from you!
