If you have items you would like to donate, we would be incredibly grateful. Please ensure that your pre-loved items are in good, sellable condition, without any damage, stains, or tears. You can drop off your donations at your local store during opening hours. If you have furniture to donate, our trucks can collect it for free in Auckland by calling 0800 77 22 23, or in Christchurch by calling 0800 77 22 26.

We also offer volunteering opportunities for those who want to contribute their time and skills. From sorting donated goods, pricing and merchandising, to selling at the till and even driving our trucks for pick-up and drop-off, there are various roles available.
