"Came in and bought two pairs of vans for a gift and was told by the staff member, if the recipient doesnt fit them I could come back and exchange them without having to pay anything more as they were apart of the 2 for $99 sale going on.... went back in today (within the 30 day window) as the recipient didn't fit them and had to pay extra after I was told I wouldn't have to.... very upset with this, if I had to pay extra I should have been told up front!"
