Lady on phone was polite but also fairly sure she just couldn’t be bothered to look. Could be wrong but given the item is delivered to their store I bet I’m not."

"Customer service by manager is pretty much like a untrained person. I bought two shirts from 3 wise men from Christchurch central store. Then i found at home one of them is not fitted properly. So i decided for refund. But manager she just said we don't have any policy for refund. Even i been there next day. Got bill and tags on it. H&M and kmart they do have return policies. Most important is the way she said that we dnt have refund policies you can get something else. But i dnt want any other one."

"Great staff to deal with in both the Newmarket and Cashel St stores. Had a change of mind on shoes never worn that I purchased 3 months ago and they happily swapped them for some black leather boots (which I already had a tan pair). Staff in store and online were super helpful and I'm looking forward to shopping there again."
