"Your store seriously needs to look into your customer service. Sales staff is arrogant and give almost no attention to the customers. After a couple of bad experiences, I decided to just walk away and did the shopping from another store in the same mall."

The older of the two women deserve a promotion for treating us so nicely & putting up with the other ladies' foul attitude. The clothing is good."

"Absolutely wonderful service. We didn't get the name of the person who helped us, but she was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She didn't make us feel guilty that we were still in the shop after closing time. I am one of thousands on men that is uncomfortable shopping for clothes, however I felt completely relaxed and enjoyed the experience. So much so that I came away with three trousers, three shirts, and two jerseys, and nine pairs of socks. Many thanks, I will be back!"

"Nice clothes, terrible service. I'm used to dealing with 3 Wise Men in airports where the staff are professional and eager to help - not the case here. Went in on a Saturday to purchase basically a full wardrobe, got little help from the staff who seemed more interested in serving anyone who walked in in a business shirt but paid little attention to me. Left and spent $1k plus at Barkers who were much better to deal with. Nice clothes but I won't be back."
