Domino's Pizza Kaiapoi

"Worst dominoes outlet ever. Clean up your act. This was my previous review of this Domino's. HOWEVER I AM HAPPY TO SAY.... someone has taken notice and with a change in management the food has improved dramatically and I hear from others in the community he is a lot nicer to the staff also. So we'll done. You've gained me back as a customer."

"Always heard rumours about how bad this store was however in the 10 or so times I've ordered from here I've never had any major issues until the other night. Ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas and received one with pepperoni. I understand mistakes happen, so I took it back and kindly asked if they could remake it properly. Young staff member asked why I couldn't just pick the meat off and eat it. After explaining that I didn't want any meat residue on my pizza he accused me of ordering the wrong one. I told him I was sure I ordered the correct pizza and asked if he could also remake the other one, as by this time it was already cold. He said "can't you just eat it here?" To which I replied I had planned on taking them home to eat. He finally agreed to remake the pizzas so I went to wait in my car. 2 minutes later, he came storming out of the store aggressively telling me I had infact ordered the wrong pizza. Again I told him I had not and said I could show him the receipt. Then another staff member came out, also accusing me of ordering the wrong pizza. This was absolutely ridiculous, my order was right there for them to read. Just as I was about to ask for a refund and never return, a more level headed staff member came out who I believe could have been the manager. He informed these 2 workers that they had in fact made the pizzas incorrectly, and my order was for 2 vegetarian pizzas like I had been saying. I don't know why they were so confused, but their demeanour and attitude towards the problem was absolutely terrible and could have been resolved easily. The manager offered me a free garlic bread and apologized for their mistake. After 40 minutes, I received my original order."

"Awful service in this place. Would give zero if could as per previous reviews just for dishonesty of staff alone let alone non existent customer service. Gave me the wrong pizza, didn't communicate in any way when picking up and my son wouldn't eat sitting for an hour pizza I was given at random with the wrong toppings. The point of getting pizza in the first place was a treat for my son so disappointed. The person I spoke to who is apparently "everything" in the branch, (maybe the owner judging by the way he was protecting the bottom line) didn't want to hear my complaint about this and attempted to confiscate my receipt so I couldn't take matters further with head office if such a thing even exists. Dishonest awful service, pizza is ok when they get orders right but no way of ever knowing when playing pizza roulette and staff not checking orders or communicating in any meaningful way.Abysmal and disgusting. They should be stripped of their franchise."
