Welcome to So Inspired Fitness, located in Auckland, New Zealand! Established in 2007, our institution is dedicated to helping Howick women and mothers improve their long-term health through a personalized combination of exercise, nutrition, positive attitude, and lifestyle strategies.
As a member of the So Inspired Crew, you will thrive in our fun and welcoming beach or private boutique studio settings. Whether you prefer in-person sessions, online classes, or recordings, we have options to suit your needs. Our friendly presence, ongoing support, fitness challenges, and encouragement from Sarah Parry, our Master Trainer and Pilates Coach, will keep you motivated on your wellness journey.
At So Inspired Fitness, we are a community of East Auckland women, with many of us being mothers, who come together to support each other in our fitness and wellness goals. Our training sessions take place at beautiful locations such as Cockle Bay beach, Shelly Park Primary (undercover for wet weather), or at Sarah's boutique home studio.
We offer a range of equipment including Pilates Reformers, kettlebells, boxing bags, sparing gear, cable weights, and various resistance options. With Sarah's expertise in VIIT (varied intensity interval training) program design, you can achieve the strong and healthy body you deserve.
Sarah is a qualified Master Personal Trainer with The New Zealandn Institute of Fitness and a Pilates Instructor with internationally recognized STOTT Pilates. Her extensive training includes Reformer, Pre/postnatal Pilates, Posture realignment, Advanced level Pilates, Rehabilitation, and Knee/Back lumbo-pelvic stability function. With a focus on world-class education and injury-safe methodology, Sarah ensures you receive the best care and guidance.
In addition to our fitness programs, we also offer the Revival clean eating nutrition and lifestyle enhancing system to support your overall fitness goals.
