"Absolutely garbage service. Despite living 5 minutes from Tauranga Crossing shopping center, I apparently live rural and their drivers are unable to collect from my address. So I have to bring to them. Ridiculous and a huge waste of time and money."
"These guys are from hell, the critically dumb people I ever contacted with. I had two deliveries with them and both experiences are just unbelievably bad. And if you happen to have delivery estimated over $1000, poor you - they'll eat your brains out demanding client code without being able to articulate what that thing is about. Anti-helping with forms fill up even though they could easily prefill."
"This courier company is wasting their customer’s time and money! Even if the parcel was a priority they would never deliver on the estimated delivery date. Dreading to use this company. Passes blame to NZ couriers which I believe is equally as incompetent. Customer service is very bad. They have been having the same complaints for years and they are not willing to change their system. Just look at the reviews here many customers would chose to give no stars but obliged so a review can be made. Operations manager does not even know what is happening to a parcel once it lands in east tamaki. A loophole exists and yet they can’t bother to fix it. Your parcel is not accounted for as there is no scan once it lands in east tamaki and just blames its 3rd party - NZ courier why it hasn’t been delivered but actually was lost in their system somewhere. Trying to get an ombudsman/council or any government body to sort this out as this can’t continue!"
"I really can’t believe how these guys are so unprofessional- excuse after excuse after excuse! Given a tracking number and you guys actually believe I wouldn’t use it? “ we tried to deliver your parcel” - I was in all day- checked tracker, had not even left east tamaki depot, not even in transit- been there in their depot for 10 days- unable to pick up or reschedule as they are total pathetic at their job- so they are sending it back to the sender- 4 phone calls time and a offer of me collecting- “have to speak to my supervisor” Try another service as these are absolute rubbish."
"The Whatsapp communication is pretty cool and helped to automatically track my package. I missed the first drop-off attempt for some reason but the courier was here the next day, no worries."
