"Appalling I don’t often get offended by the quality of food that comes out of this place because it’s Mc Donald’s after all, you get what you pay for I ordered a quarter pounder combo, didn’t touch the fries because they were cold, hard and stale as per usual ( I honestly give up on getting fries anymore cause it happens every time) The onion in my burger was in massive raw chunks and my patty was dry and tasted like the stove it was cooked on. I will never eat here again, whoever owns this restaurant needs to make some big changes, especially training your staff correctly and making sure the food is fresh. I’d rather drive 10 minutes to botany, that Maccas has never disappointed me in 20 years"

"Frankly quite appalled by the customer service around 8.59pm 07/06/23 I went through the drive through and requested ice in my drink while waiting for my order, in which the representative responded with “ I can’t we’re busy, can you park on the side and wait for your order”. Having worked in front of house customer service I understand the pressure of this line of work but that is no excuse to treat customers like the way I was treated. I am writing this review in the hopes that this franchise will take it as constructive criticism and work on improving the customer service skills of their employees."
