"Manager or Indian male owner is rude and not willing to help or investigate matters I don't think I will sign up to their box services in future! I have had issues here and there lately they had a break in and packages stolen they don't want to admit too it? and just ask me "do you have a tracking number" hmm if only I knew you guys can be careless in your security of customer items I would have got it tracked!?"
