"Communicated efficiently. Flexible with changes. When they were late, we were updated by text. Got a team of 3. One of them was an expert on moving. The other was less careful. The third spent most time on the truck, arranging the furniture and probably drove the truck. I paid for 3 people to move and also an extra $150+GST for moving a piano. I felt I had only a total of 2.5 people working. Disappointed that there was a scratch on the piano as they were not careful enough. At least we got 30 minutes of time off the bill. It is because of the single super friendly and excellent part Persian mover who was super hardworking, I am rating a 4."
