In addition to our extensive range of tiles, we also have a dedicated trade tiling section with cash and carry options available to the public. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a professional tradesperson, we have everything you need to complete your tiling project.

Our Design Team is here to help you achieve the look you desire in your space. From themes and plans to layout and grout colors, we can assist you every step of the way. During your initial design consult, we set aside up to 60 minutes to ensure we cover all aspects of your project. However, we understand if you have time constraints and can accommodate shorter consultations.

To make the most of your design consult, we recommend coming prepared with plans and images that inspire you. This will give our design consultants a great starting point to recommend the tiles that best suit your design needs. Please note that our showrooms are currently closed to visitors under Alert Levels 3 and 4. However, we are still available to assist you via phone, email, and Zoom during these times.

For your convenience, we now display stock availability of tiles on our website. Our tiles are stocked in our Mt Wellington warehouse and distribution center, not at the branches. You can browse our website for information on stock availability.

We offer deliveries and stock transfers under Alert Levels 3 and 2. Please be aware that some courier delays may occur during these times.

If you prefer to collect your order from a branch nearest to you, please communicate this prior to collecting your order.

Online transactions are accepted, and you can easily pay for your order through our website. Please note that online payments must be made the day prior to collection to allow the funds to show and be allocated to your order.

Under Alert Level 3, customers are not allowed to enter our store. However, we offer online consultations where we can provide a virtual tour of the tiles in our showrooms.

At Alert Level 2, a limited number of customers can visit our store at a given time while adhering to relevant Covid guidelines, such as scanning QR codes, wearing masks, maintaining 2 meters distancing, and sanitizing.

Upon collection, we kindly ask that you wear a mask and maintain a 2-meter social distance from our staff and other customers outside your bubble.
