"I had my hair done by Neshan(sorry may have spelled incorrectly). She did a really wonderful job cutting my hair shorter and layering. Also took her time to give a proper cut. She also gave good hair care advice. Would definitely go again."

"Worst experience of my life! Fentyn Andrews spent a total of 8 hours doing a full head of highlights regrowth touch up and a cut. First session was 6 hrs with a total of five minutes spent on the cut. After another stylist told him not to use a treatment on my hair as it causes the hair to be dyed purple he chose to use it anyway. I left the salon at 6:45 (closes at 6) so he didn’t style my hair and it was patchy with purple and orange throughout the blonde highlights which hadn’t even been toned. Upon payment he said he was unable to process payment as he didn’t know how to do the system and asked me to return the following day. Next day I returned to pay and show him how patchy the dye was and could I get it fixed. He said I could come back in a week to get this redone. When I came back to get it fixed it took him another 2 hrs. He asked if he could dye my roots darker to cover the orange and I said no as this would just look like my regrowth. He acted very annoyed that he had to do this again and made me feel uncomfortable that his job was too hard for him. I said to him if you think you can’t fix it then just return my $495 I paid the previous week. He huffed and puffed and said he would do it. Needless to say my hair still looks orange and patchy and all grey hair is visible. I have returned asking for a refund and have not heard from them again and they are now uncontactable, have even deleted their Facebook page. NEVER GO HERE!"
