"Positive: Great service, clean atmosphere and enough space to move around and relax. Jetts offers a large number of branches across Auckland and all the branches are accessible using one single badge, which is great! Negative: half of the equipments are broken and rest of it is blocked for social distancing! (for so many days) They should block the broken ones for social distancing."

"As a regular customer of this Manurewa branch, I found this gym is good. They have master stairs which other branches don't have. Their space is enough for gymers and machines. Peak hours around after 7 pm. Saturday and Sunday are pretty quiet. Some guys brought their speakers and played very loud music which disturbed others. These guys usually play at weighted bar areas. Parking is at the front, easy, sharing with a $2 shop, laundromat, and countdown. There is a body scale at the entrance. Finally, their yoga mats were hung too high, easy to get it down but it is hard to hang them back."

"Its been 7 seven years now since I became a member and loving every moment of it when I come to the gym. Its perfect for my health mentally and physically as well as spiritually."

"I live near so there is no choice to change to other gym lol staff doesn't care us / customer. I complained about people entering using their friends gym card, people bring a big speaker and play a music loudly what customer service said is " after staff hours we can not do anything ..." we pay for fees to use gym but some people enter without paying fee... not fair they should work on it. I won't recommend to family n friend Jetts."

"Beautiful place, equipment are sophisticated. Very friendly people, i live in papakura but l prefer this Gym, because of advancements in equipment. Maintenance is very good. Staff are friendly, i mean it. Even though i came across the staff a couple of times both times brilliant service. Keep up Jetts."
