"I have been trying to cancel this card for months. After a nauseating enquiry on whether I was the card holder, they then ask for ridiculous detail, such as what was the last payment made and how was it made. All the while fees keep getting charged."

Then to make matters worse, I get told that they have to cancel my current working card to send me another card and to top it off,it can take up to 2 weeks! Really unhappy customer!"
