"My hair is very fluffy after the straightening, worse than my original. Tried to get it fixed, but due to I missed the appointment for fixing, I got pushed to two months after. Initially, I felt bad because I missed my appointment, but reschedule it to two months after, I felt it was intentionally put off. Unfortunately, as a busy working mother, it could be hard to juggle things around. My apology for miss my first opportunity to fix it, but have to wait for 2 months for the second appointment is intentionally putting me off."
