"Really bad experience, I spent about $500 at their St Luke's store when it was still open there but when I went to the Sylvia Park store the lady there repeatedly asked me if I was going to buy when I have literally just started looking. Then their manager was called and he told me that I can only look at their products if I had an appointment?? Profiling at its finest. I have been bitter against Osim since that experience and have never considered their products again after their disgusting treatment."
