"I booked two girls to get blowout hairstyles for their school ball. I confirmed the price, style and duration beforehand by sending pictures. However, when we arrived, the hairstylist ignored the requested blowout and instead trimmed and curled their hair. There was no wash or blow dry for either girls. The stylist charged 65 each, even though it only took 45 minutes for both girls. I questioned the pricing based on the salon's lower displayed prices for teenagers, but was told there was a different price for ball hairstyles. I reluctantly paid as we were in a hurry, but was disappointed by the high charge purely based on the fact it was for a school ball, nothing extra or special was done - unless you did something extra, just charge the standard fee for the service you provided."
