The lady cut my hair and I am certain she knew she made a mistake as she usually blow dries my hair and gives me a mirror to see the back, however this time she didnt and it seemed like she was in a hurry for me to go. If you made an error, please acknowledge it. Extremely unhappy, came home to find out that one side of my hair was noticeable different than the other side, both in length and style."
