"We purchased a wonderful pram for our children and it was the best pram we owned. Unfortunately one small part snapped around the wheel. So we sent an email away kindly requesting a replacement part which I was happy to pay for. Evenflo put us on to their NZ rep Wayne. Please note this was April of 2022. Today (11 months later) I write this review in complete frustration at the lack of integrity and response I received from Wayne and his team. Especially Carol from the Warehouse. I can show friendly email chains from my end over a period of nearly a year, kindly requesting follow ups and being lead around with broken promises and Carol not getting back to me. I wish someone right from the start would have just said no, there were no parts for replacement. The Evenflo pram was amazing, but the NZ customer relations side of things was horrendous. Shameful. And unKiwi. For a year I've kept this pram with its cracked part in our room with the hope that the individuals I had kindly emailed would return the simple favour of sending a reply and stepping up and communicating with me about this replacement. But instead my kids have grown out of the pram and the only thing I can do now is to offer this feedback to Tas Baby in the hope they will treat the next person in need a little better."
