"I did hair color and cut. First of all, a lady said I shouldn’t have washed my hair for 3 days and I didn’t wash it for 3 days. However the first time I did shampoo after my hair color, my hair color was gone. I bought a color conditioner the lady recommended as well but it didn’t work at all and smells like chemical. I’m still using the color conditioner but it totally doesn’t work. Second, the lady cut my hair like a bowl cut, completely straight at the bottom, like everyone can cut(no layers at all). When I booked, I asked how long it took and she said 3 to 4 hours but 3 hours later from my booking, she took another booking and she didn’t have time to cut my hair properly. I asked her if she can cut layered hair but she was in a hurry and she cut just little bit, no difference and then she said she finished cutting my hair. My experience here was totally a waste of my money and time. Nothing is good. I wouldn’t recommend going there."
