"I was sold incorrect parts for my vehicle despite providing specific details of vehicle and parts required. The vehicle was going through the registration compliance process so we did not find out parts were incorrect until my mechanic came to fit them to the car a few months after purchasing. United Auto Parts refused to provide a full refund. We returned the parts back and after a lengthy dispute we finally received back only a fraction of what I paid. This is a clear breach of the Consumer Guaruntees Act as goods are not fit for purpose. Buyer beware, purchase at your own risk."
