"My old apartment in Auckland is a favorite to visit especially as a good family friend took over the tenancy from us. Thar allows us to still enjoy the amenities we loved so much when living there. Located minutes from Parnell, and the CBD you can take your choice of a walk, scooter ride, drive or ride share up the rise, Spark Arena or to downtown CBD. A few minutes walk takes you the French Markets and neat boutique cafes and pubs. The apartments boasts swimming pools both inside and out, spa, sauna and gym. If you're wanting to enjoy the evening and it's a bit chilly, jump into the large spa pool. When the summer is on, a great place host visitors and bbq, and don't forget your tennis rackets to catch a game. My favorite amenity is the indoor trash shoot! I know right?! Visitors parking is next to the building, with overflow parking a few steps away and across the road. Residents have indoor secure parking. One of my fav things is to stand out on the deck & enjoy the expansive view of the Harbour, Port and city sky line."
