"WORST eyebrow wax experience EVER. The people here are UNQUALIFIED and INEXPERIENCED. She does NOT KNOW HOW TO WAX. They DO NOT know how to pluck. They SPILLED WAX ON MY HAIR. And proceeded to CUT MY HAIR. Without telling me!! Appalled at the lack of EXPERIENCE AND HONESTY. And then didn’t produce a mirror for me to look at the job. THEY SHOULD SHUT DOWN"
