"I walked in this morning and ordered a flat white takeaway. The staff took my order and stood behind the counter looking at his phone instead of making the coffee for me. I asked him to make the coffee asap because I need to go to work. And he refunded coffee money back to me instead of making it! What a HORRIBLE attitude! This is the most ridiculous cafe I’ve ever been! Your customer service skill is zero and I don’t know how someone like this getting a front house job in a café. If I’m the owner I’ll expel you immediately! How rude!!!"

"Came in to this Wild Bean just after lunch time and pie Warmer completely empty with only a a few strange flavor pies in it and not a pie in the oven even being prepared. Asked if anything was being cooked and told not for a few hours... staff should be switched on enough to keep pies in the pie warmer when that’s the main food item in the cafe. I drove out of my way to come here for a pie, disappointed. only bigger disappointment was to go out of my way to another wild bean only to get the same!! Keep your stock up especially around lunch time!"
