When you shop with us, the funds raised contribute directly to helping animals in need. Additionally, by purchasing secondhand items, you are reducing waste and playing your part in protecting our planet. We also welcome donations of items in good, sellable condition. Your pre-loved items can make a difference in the lives of animals. Simply visit your local store during opening hours to donate, or if you have furniture to donate, our trucks can collect it for free in Auckland (call 0800 77 22 23) or in Christchurch (call 0800 77 22 26).

Volunteers are a vital part of our team, and we couldn't do the work we do without their support. We offer various volunteering roles, from sorting donated goods and merchandising displays to selling at the till and helping with furniture pick-ups and drop-offs. If you have spare time each week and are over 15 years old, we would love to hear from you.
