We kindly request a deposit to secure your booking, allowing us to reserve your preferred time slot. Upon arrival, we will ask you to fill out a form to ensure we are aware of any health concerns or allergies you may have. This enables us to cater to your specific needs and provide a clear understanding of your desired outcomes. We kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy and terms before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Allow us to introduce ourselves - I'm Alana Hutchings, the proud owner and founder of Beauty Boss Boutique. With a deep passion for helping people look and feel their best, I started my journey in the beauty industry in 2004. Continually upskilling and training in various services, I strive to offer my clients the best possible experience.

At Beauty Boss Boutique, we provide personalized 1-on-1 services, guaranteeing you our complete attention throughout your appointment. Our space is a safe, clean, and honest environment where you can truly be yourself, relax, and indulge in the experience.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. While we understand that life can sometimes get in the way, cancellations within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Please arrive on time for your appointment, as tardiness of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling and the possibility of a deposit being taken. If eye makeup removal is necessary, a $10 charge will apply. Additionally, a $25 removal fee is charged for removing another artist's work, as we do not work on or alter other artists' creations. We maintain a safe and judgment-free space and reserve the right to refuse services to anyone if deemed necessary.

In light of the current circumstances, if you or someone in your household has recently experienced COVID-19 or any other illness, please inform us in advance. It is crucial not to attend your appointment without notifying us, as we may be unable to provide the service and full charges may apply. We understand the uncertainty of these times and will work with you to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
