"Tried to support a local busimess rather than the big malls.This turned to be a mistake. Made a purchase of 2 lego sets for a birthday present. As i bought 2 there was a 15% discount. 3days later i purchased another expensive lego and asked nicely if i could get the 15%as this was now 3 pieces ...answer was no. I then wanted to return one of the earlier pieces as it was not wanted as the present and was rudely told that i could not receive the money back just a useless store credit. Also asked again about 15% discount i missed out on and again was rudely told that would not be happening. Never go back and certainly dont recommend to anyone!"
"The worst toy store in Auckland. I got two boxes of Lego for my Birthday. I wanted to exchange one for 80$ more expensive item and pay the difference. Had to buy the second item separately as staff member did not know how to do the exchange. I got back next day to sort it out hoping that they will give me refund for the unwanted box but after a long discussion with the rude owner I ended up with 100$ store credit. I never go back. Awful customer service considering that my boyfriend spent there 350$ in 2 days."
