"A great swim school, highly recommend!"
"It’s not often that I go out of my way to get my point across but St Cuthbert’s swim school are arrogant, don’t care about your child’s progression and will make every excuse under the sun for why something isn’t working / why your child has the lessons they had. One week the pool is broken, the next the teachers aren’t showing up, the following it’s class mergers. I’ve asked to be called numerous times with little communication and no phone call. It’s definitely profit over people. If you’re looking for a swim school - consider your options that don’t include this swim school."
"The teacher always changes. The upgrade is not timely."
"My two daughters have been with St Cuthbert's for years. Glad that Kaye is now back to the swim School as management team."
"I enrolled my son in term three at this school. Of the lessons booked we only attended three as the second Covid Lockdown came into effect and required closure of the school. I was not communicated with after the closure nor told what would happen to lessons once lockdown restrictions eased. On October 19th after months of no communication I was sent an email stating about a direct debit payment coming out for the next term commencing from 20th October. I had not agreed to my son attending another term as I knew my maternity leave would be up by this point and we would not be able to make classes. The school had not been in touch AT ALL regarding my son's enrollment, nor had they discussed whether we would be able to attend this time. I tried to call the school that day with no answer, then emailed them when I noticed payment come out of my bank account. They informed me that because I hadn't cancelled his enrollment before October 15th (their direct debit cut off date) that the payment stood. Well, how can you cancel an enrollment you never knew you made and how can you cancel it before the cut off date when you were informed four days AFTER this date passed?? Terrible communication, terrible business ethics and a pretty poor way to treat young families who could put that money towards bills and baby needs."
