"Highly disappointed in the online store, second time I’ve purchased and only find out the item isn’t coming once I contact THEM as items are missing off the shipping email. Twice I have had to say something and then they have refunded, rather than them coming to me and saying it is out of stock. They have oversold on products and aren’t able to supply. Service isn’t up to scratch, don’t recommend to shop online."

"Most disappointing customer service of all time. It's so unlikely to be greeted or even smiled at, that every time I walk in with my friends, I end up walking out richer, because I bet my friends $10 that I won't be greeted or even looked at when I come into the store. They never say hello! How hard is it to acknowledge the presence of customers when they walk into your store? I work in customer service myself and would be very embarrassed if any of my colleagues behaved like that. Such an unfriendly environment - the sales assistants must be depressed."

"Beautiful clothes and homewares, but I didn't feel particularly welcomed by the sales staff. I was in the shop for about 10 minutes but didn't even get a "hello" at any point, much less any offers of help. I understand some people find it annoying being approached by sales staff too often but I think they should at least welcome you into the store with a greeting! This experience did not make me want to go back."
