"The NM store is so overwhelming, all the clothing blends into one another and needs more structure. I may not look like the typical "Augustine customer" but I would expect to not have eyes rolled at customers when being asked about a particular item. As I was browsing, I noticed alot of items with threads that hadn't been cut off, which shows that the time and care into the volume of clothing produced isn't being taken. Less is more... There are some really beautiful items but customer experience takes precedent over a pretty dress."
