Through this approach, children take ownership and agency of their own learning, taking proud steps towards their holistic development as they transition to school.

We understand the importance of providing healthy, nutritious food for your children. Our center cook designs a well-balanced menu with every child's health and well-being in mind. We base our recipes on organic and low-sugar foods, incorporating plenty of fruits and vegetables into each meal. We are currently working towards our Healthy Heart award, ensuring that we prioritize your child's nutrition.

Our indoor environments are purposefully designed to support the learning and development of different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Each room is equipped with high-quality, age-appropriate resources that spark curious minds and promote active exploration.

In the Nest room, we prioritize building loving and trusting relationships with our children. They are supported and guided to develop at their own pace in a calm and nurturing environment. The Nest room features a spacious indoor and outdoor area, allowing your child to freely explore their natural surroundings and age-appropriate outdoor equipment.

Toddlers at BestStart Remuera Road have their own separate room, allowing us to tailor our teaching to their specific age and learning needs. Our designated play spaces are organized by interest areas, providing toddlers with numerous opportunities for active play and exploration.

In the Tui Room, our children receive a wide range of rich learning experiences in a warm and nurturing environment. They are encouraged to develop their personal capabilities, strengths, interests, and learning styles. Our teachers foster independent thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving, allowing children to express their own ideas and feelings.

Communication with our teachers is easy and we are always willing to help you take care of your children as you need. We utilize Storypark, where we share community posts and photos, allowing your whole family to enjoy and be a part of your child's learning journey. Additionally, we offer a variety of different activities every day, ensuring that your child is engaged and happy.
